Within one building, are two very distinct accommodation experiences each with its own personality, mood, and story, but both tied back to the spirit of the property and its sense of history.

For the member accommodations, the concept was “building on tradition.” We leaned into a classic, old-school Ralph Lauren feel, mixing rich textures, warm tones, tailored upholstery, and timeless patterns that instantly make the space feel established and lived-in.

The condos had an entirely different design direction: “iconic grandeur.” Here, the palette opened up into a Southeast-inspired paradise light, refreshed, and still warm enough to feel grounded. We played with stained wood tones, airy color palettes, and transitional fixtures and finishes that balanced the relaxed coastal mood with a sense of refinement.

Interior design services were completed in collaboration when employed with Hart Howerton. The images shown are construction progress photos, captured during scheduled site visits.
